These are defined, spec'd, repeatable machines and drop-in products distilled from decades of custom builds: lab, pilot, and production platforms for coating, calendering, and slitting, plus retrofit products that solve specific converting problems. Standard calenders
Lab, pilot, and production models. Closed-loop gap to 1 µm, heated rolls to ±1°C, line loads to 418 metric tons.

Lab and pilot coating machines with slot die, comma, and gravure heads. Explosion-proof Class 1 Group D configurations available.
Standard slitters
Lab, pilot, and production slitter rewinders. Cartridge heads, tool-less changeover, burr-free demonstrated on Cu and Al foil.

IMC works the other way around: our standard models are the configurations our custom work kept converging on — the lab calender universities kept ordering, the pilot coater battery developers kept specifying. We standardized them so you get defined specs, cleaner budgeting, and shorter lead times, backed by the same Birmingham engineering team that designs our full custom production lines.
Every standard machine remains configurable where it matters — web width, heating method, controls options — and every one is designed, machined, fabricated, and tested in the USA.
