Engineered conveyor systems for manufacturing environments
IMC conveyor systems are designed for the controlled, reliable movement of materials through manufacturing and processing facilities. Unlike catalog conveyor products, each IMC system is engineered for the specific loads, speeds, environmental conditions, and integration requirements of the customer's operation.

Conveyor types
Pallet and chain conveyors for heavy, rigid loads — pallets, containers, tooling, and large components. Designed for high load capacity with precision positioning capability at transfer points, workstations, and accumulation zones.
Powered roller conveyors for medium loads requiring controlled speed, accumulation, and zero-pressure transfer. Individual roller drive zones enable independent speed control for merging, sorting, and staging.
Gravity roller conveyors for simple point-to-point transfer where powered transport is unnecessary. Designed with appropriate pitch and roller selection for the load weight and material characteristics.
Belt conveyors for lightweight or irregularly shaped items, small parts, and materials that require a continuous surface for transport.
System engineering
IMC designs conveyor systems considering plant layout, traffic flow, safety requirements, and future expansion. Controls range from simple start-stop operation to fully automated routing with PLC-based sequencing, sensor feedback, and integration with upstream and downstream equipment or plant-level control systems.
